Yes, I’m noticing the very same phenomenon with my stats that you’ve described. And I am a fairly new writer — and I am in ILLUMINATION and one of my stories did exactly that. Same thing in another pub. So it’s not that new writers are being promoted over established ones (as another commenter mentioned). My earnings dropped significantly as soon as the changes took place — just as I was starting to gain momentum in viewership, readership and followers. It’s disappointing, but I won’t give up. I hope with your help and voice this can be resolved. So grateful you wrote this piece.
