Jerome, I think you are on to something. I've noticed if I can distract myself to something wanted vs. unwanted, if I don't think about it or give it power, it will go. I'm also learning to do energy work around it--visualizing light pushing the pain out of my body and filling those spaces with light. I've visualized away a few migraines successfuly so far.
